Pre-Orders:
For pre-order items, please note: Shipments will be dispatched within 12–15 business days. Pre-order items are processed and shipped separately from regular in-stock items.
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
Our standard shipping service delivers orders within 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch in Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Shipping to the U.S.:
Orders shipped from Canada to the United States are typically delivered within 5–8 working days. Please note that U.S. orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay any such charges required by U.S. customs upon delivery.
Shipping Costs:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the U.S. This means the shipping cost is currently $0 at checkout.
Local Delivery and Pickup In-Store:
At this time, we do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options.
